Refund policy
Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective / different than was ordered items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We’re happy to accept exchanges on any unworn, unwashed items! If you’d like to swap your purchase for a different size or design, just reach out to us at info@shakedowntshirts.com. Please include your order number and the item you’d like to exchange it for, and we’ll walk you through the process.
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, but we’ll do everything we can to make the process quick and easy.
